For over 35 years, Karen R. Brown has been a practicing Paralegal, Abstractor and Notary Public.

She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Paralegal Program.

We are pleased to offer real estate title and settlement services as well as title insurance.

Karen has been qualified and offered as an expert witness in the field of property records research and abstracting, including title examination and chain-of-title analysis, in federal court legal proceedings. Her qualifications include extensive research in property abstracting and title research, including analysis of deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and other recorded instruments.  She applies established methodologies used in the abstracting procession to form reliable opinions regarding property ownership and title history.

Karen is a member of The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore, First American Title and Fidelity Title, and The Land Title Association of Mississippi.
